Had an inquiry, but the staff are a bit rude. The vinyl privacy fence rates are $55 per square foot in Garden grove, which from my research is about average. I also asked for a quote for a wooden fence but apparently they don't do it despite yelp recommending them for wood fence installation....

They responde right away gave me a quote in minutes after measurements ! Install six weeks out however. I asked to be completely faster due confirm breaking to my side patio. They were consider and kind for my surprise they install in one week had my gates install in ONE WEEK!!

Made several calls to fence/gates companies. Straight Gate answered up and came to my house the next day. I liked the bid and they knew exactly what I wanted and made it easier with their company truck which had samples and color options on it. I really want to give Straight Gate Fence a 4.5 but since that's not an option I'll round up to 5. I had a overall great experience with the company replacing a much older wooden gate with a nice modern new sturdier gate. The new gate was installed quickly when the technician arrived and seems to be great quality. My only critiques are it did take quite a while from the time I received the quote to the time it was installed (about 8 weeks...I guess that means they are pretty busy/popular). Wow! A few weeks ago I had an estimate done and was told realistically that it could be a while to get installed because the availability to get materials since COVID. Well it came much quicker then expected and they installed right away!!!!! From the beginning there was no question about the quality or professionalism. Their truck was like a mobile showroom and I was able to see almost everything they had to offer. I was very pleased with the service I received. Richard and his workers were very easy to talk to. They were able to give me a quote on the spot and answered all of my questions. All other companies that I reached out to took a few days to give me quotes and were not able to beat Richard's price. It did take about 10 weeks to get my gate installed but I was made aware of that when I received my quote. My son used this company and was very pleased, so I called Richard. He came over and told me about his gates and gave me a bid, which I accepted. He pointed out gates he had done on my neighbors' houses. They are very busy and there is a wait, unless it is an emergency job. I had my gate installed today. It is custom made. He sawed the pieces to fit in the frame. The entire process took less than 2 hours. The installer is the owner's nephew. They live nearby. The color matches the trim on my house. Looks so nice.

After getting sky high estimates from 3 other gates fabricators I was bummed out and honestly started to entertain the idea of building my own gates. Everything went smoothly from planning to installation to pricing. My wife and I are "those people" who cannot make up their minds. We chose one color and design and then I emailed Straight Gate Fence Co. with some changes and it was not a problem at all! We also appreciated the fact that they let us at some custom touches like a dial code handle and installed it for us.
