They were suppose to do a full house vent cleaning but when the guy came he hooked what looked like a vaccum to a big garbage can hook to one vent without removing the cover. Was here about 20 minutes did not do any of the other things that were promised in the quote. The tech was very unprofessional. This company is nothing but a big scam. The salesman the got me was Eddie Brown found me on another page trying to find someone to clean my vents.I have reported this company to FTC hope to put a stop to them scamming people. They are not on the BBB site at all

This place is a complete SCAM! The ripped me off for $598 on an air duct clean and sanitizer. All I wanted was for them to come back out and do the job I paid for. Instead they took my money and deleted their account where they offered me a DISCOUNTED SERVICE. I have reported them to the BBB and put a claim in with the Bank. DO NOT USE THEM. They only hooked the machine up in one room and did not clean or sanitize anything.

Absolutely horrible service. SCAM ARTISTS! Paid $500 and didn’t receive any cleaning. when I returned to my home I checked the ducts…. Everything looked the exact same..

Clean your air ducts and vents yourself. Go to your local store purchase a shop vac and duster, and get the job done yourself. The upcharge on this service is fraudulent and not worth it. One cost promised over the phone and another quoted in person. There is not a contract and so if this happens you can opt out of the service. Even opting for the full service cleaning you will still be upcharged for something that is claimed not to be included in the advertisement. Also the "system" (a large suctioning machine connected to one vent and a SHOP VAC AND DUSTER) is not as industrial as advertised

A guy by the name of Aaron García posted a message on our neighborhood facebook group advertising air duct cleaning. The package included unlimited supply vent cleaning, camera inspection, coil inspection, plenium box inspection, deodorizer. On the day of appt, the only thing he did was hook up a vacuum to a vent that was half closed and ran the machine. He did the same for upstairs and both took about 30 minutes. Our ducts and vents are still dirty.
This is a complete SCAM. Aaron García joins random facebook groups and posts the false advertising below and does not pick up your calls or returns

Do not use! My elderly parents spent $400 to have their ducts cleaned and this is what they look like after the cleaning. Repeated calls and texts to them were not returned. This is a complete scam. Do not use them. Here is their Better Business Bureau profile:

We had 5 Brothers Cleaning clean and sanitize our ducts in June of 2020. We also purchased 3 UV lights to combat potential mold growth. We recently had another contractor who installed a new HVAC system last year serviced our system. During this process they revealed to us how two of the UV lights are not working and how much dirt and debris was still in our duct system. We reached out to 5Brothers to request they come out and address these issues. The first time we were told the technician was out of town but would contact us upon his return. We never heard from anyone so a follow up call resulted

Had an appointment with the company to come clean ac ducts. Waited 2 hours with the window of arrival given. Called 2 numbers that were associated with people I talked to, seemed fake. Then about 30 mins after making it know on advertisement page that I thought it was fraudulent, I get a response that techs machine broke. I then research a little more and seen horrible reviews for company. I wouldn't waste my time trying with this hoax of a company and their false advertisements.

I used this business for duct cleaning services. I do NOT recommend them! He came and left debris and moved furniture and other items but did not put them back where he moved them from...not very professional if you ask me.

Very pleased with their service and got to see the before and after pictures of the vents...what a huge relief all of that is gone! Four stars only because price of full sanitation is a little higher than other duct cleaning companies.

Moses was great! He was on time, and very professional. He cleaned our air ducts as well as removed all mold. He even placed an infrared light on our HVAC unit to kill any future mold. 5 Brothers is a great value and I highly recommend them.

A neighbor recommended me to use 5 brothers Cleaning for my air ducts. He said they are professional and reliable. I scheduled a cleaning with them. They did an excellent job. Their service is really the best, from the initial call to the end of work and the decent price they charge. It is a fine company and I warmly recommend them to all.

I was looking for an air duct cleaning service to clean my new house and I call 5 brothers after friends recommendation.
I made the right choice ,
they we're extremely professional and knowledgeable they know what they are doing,
Very friendly and organize company.
They also offer a carpet cleaning services so I'm definitely will use them again.
