Here at TidyMAX we use hot water extraction - most often known as steam cleaning. This involves injecting soft, hot water and gentle cleaning solutions deep into your carpets. This is then sucked out again bringing up the really ingrained dirt, as well as most of the liquid. This takes between 20 minutes and half an hour depending on the carpet size.
Had a wonderful experience with TidyMAX. They were informative and efficient I noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality after they cleaned my air ducts. We had TidyMAX clean our air ducts and our carpets to get our house in 'rent ready' condition. Please just mail my refund. No, I don't want a credit or another "cleaning" Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning I've had. The carpet is still dirty. Minor stains still there. I pointed out a stain during the inspection and was told they tried their hardest to get it out. I scratched it with my nail and it came out.....Hmmmm??? Then the "carpet cleaner" went back and sprayed it and it started to come out more. Still left with all the other stains in every room. I have a toddler so it's just minor spills. The cleaner told me I need to get an expensive vacuum because they don't have the tools to

I have white carpet in my bedroom and my dog recently got sick and had a few accidents in the room. I tried everything you can imagine to get the stains out and nothing was working.
