I had my pavers re-sanded and resealed right before covid. I am only doing this review now, because i finally got someone else to come and take a look.
I have tried to contact the company several times via phone and via email. The responded once, saying its not their fault. I have tried sending them taken multiple videos and pictures showing them what is happening, however they stopped responding altogether.
After re-sanding and resealing, the sand between the pavers were rubbing off after each rainfall. Take a look at the video (hopefully it uploads)
The company did nothing. No refund or redo

Paver Protector sealed my concrete patio. Overall great experience. Crew was on time, fast and courteous. It rained the day after the application and we could immediately see the results of the sealing and check the coverage. The entire patio was covered evenly and water would not absorb into the concrete, instead bead or run off the patio. Pricing was also very competitive!

The estimate was reasonable, the work was performed when they said it would be done, and it looks great. And they even came back the next day to put the heavy table and grill back on the pavers after the sealant had dried. No complaints at all

They did a wonderful job when they came out. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that we had to send messages/communicate to find out when they would be coming back the second time to finish up. However, with that being said, they were very responsive via Facebook messenger too when we asked. Otherwise, it was a wonderful service! :)

Without a doubt, Paver Protector saved our patio. We spent a lot of money on our patio 12-15 years ago and other than easy maintenance, didn’t really put much effort into it. Needless to say, it showed a lot of wear with weeds coming up every wear, one of the retaining walls sinking on one side, edges falling apart and general discoloration. Paver Protector made it look like new again and we couldn’t be more pleased. It looks and feels like it did when we first out it in!
I can’t recommend Paver Protector enough. Great job!!

This is the second time I have used Paver Protector, the first time being in 2016. Both times they have made repairs (sunken bricks) and re-sanded my patio. They are great, and I would use them again. The only reason for 4 stars was it appears the power washer took a small amount of paint off a bottom portion of my house's cedar siding, and they seem to have used less polymeric sand overall to fill the paver joints than in 2016. Not huge deals, but things to note.

We worked with Greg who arrived at the house on time. He was very knowledgeable and during our discussion, you can tell he knew what he was talking about. So many horror stories about white hazes and issues from OTHER companies... Greg knew why that happened and explained how their process along with the product they use is not going to be an issue. It isn't.
Their crew showed up again, on time and power washed my pavers to remove dirt and the existing sand. The next day it was supposed to be sealed but, when they showed up it was too wet from the wash
