I hired Sandman Paving to replace my asphalt driveway and add a side pad for additional parking. The estimate was reasonably priced and decided to hire them for the job. In one day my driveway was replaced and side pad was added. I was very impressed with the job and have had many complements on my new driveway. They were also a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Sandman paving & concrete.

They just finished repaving our driveway today. We had to completely take up our old driveway and lay down new asphalt, and it looks fabulous ! They did a great job, and the pricing was very good. Hire them today !

After 36 years, our crumbling driveway is now replaced, widened, improved and beautiful! The front walk is now even with the new concrete ribbon, thanks to the expert suggestion of Jerry Sandman. Our walkway was sunken, so he made us a curved new one! His suggestion on the gutter drainage under the driveway was a "spot on" fix! From estimate to completion, we both highly recommend Sandman’s for driveways and walkways and more!

Replaced 26 year old asphalt driveway with concrete. Guys were great, worked really hard and the finished job looks great and I'm very happy...EXCEPT ITS CROOKED!!! The centerline from the 2 car garage and the driveway DONT MATCH! They told me my house was crooked on the lot! I asked to see comps as they told me it happens ALL THE TIME! Sandman removed and replaced my old driveway/sidewalk, buried my gutters and installing a channel drain in front of the garage.
Sandman completed the job on time and even came back today to fix my channel drain which was not operating properly after it was first installed.
I previously had standing water issues, but have not had any issues since Sandman completed its work.

ABSOLUTELY top notch. Sandman completely removed my old gravel driveway; put a GREAT foundation down, and came in afterwards and professionally installed my driveway (with slopes, turns, etc) better than I could have thought possible. Owner comes out at both the beginning and end to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.

Contacted Sandman Paving for residential drive way resurface (overlay) to be done at my home. I received quote, signed & returned it, and pulled a permit from VOA. The plan was 3rd to 4th week of May for driveway to be done, they contacted us with a date, and we were not available. Now 3 weeks later they do not want to do my driveway as they feel it will be more work and will not honor their quote. l called owner Jerry Sandman as this is horrible business and he will not contact me back after numerous phone calls.

I am already receiving compliments from our neighbors. Very easy scheduling, absolutely amazing crew who very informative and all in uniform. They left my residence neat and clean. I also met the owner who made this a special experience. Highly recommend to all.
