We called these folks to service an electrical issue with our Conduction Cooktop that was changing temperatures and turning off randomly. When the technician arrived he informed us that there was a hairline crack in the glass and we would have to pay to replace it prior to diagnosing the electrical issue, and he gave me a price. After he left I had a look at the glass cooktop, and there was a large crack going across it that was NOT there prior to the technician's visit. The technician, Shawn, diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He ordered the part the same day. The office called me the day before the part was to arrive to schedule and installation appointment! Shawn had the new part installed in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with Pro Appliance, very professional and timely. I will ONLY use them for my appliance repairs!

Great company to work with. We split our time between two homes, one being in Prescott. We had an LG washer that wouldn't spin the water out. We called Pro Appliance and spoke to a very professional gal who set up an appt that met our schedule as we were out of town at the time we called. They worked with our warranty company and Shaun arrived at the time promised. Shaun was so very helpful and knowledgeable; he quickly diagnosed our problem and gave up helpful hints to avoid this problem in the future. I was amazed at the personal care I received from the owner. Although he was busy, he spent a long time with me, listening to my description of the problem I was having with my GE range. He treated me as though I was his only customer (which it was quite apparent I was NOT), not rushing me; he really cared about helping me. He did solve the problem, by the way! His years of experience was apparent in the confidence he showed in knowing exactly what the cause---and solution---was in my case.
I would highly recommend this company. I would not want to entrust my appliances with anyone else.
