Louis came to the house to diagnose the problem. He called ahead of time to say when he would be on his way. The bearings were shot on our washer. The next week he came back with the parts, fixed the washer and it's so quiet now I hardly know it's on. He's professional, thorough and honest. Couldn't be happier and will use in the future for all of our appliance needs.

Lewis arrived right on time, introduced himself and began work on our range. He explained everything he was doing, and it turned out to be a simple repair to the door latch. He only charged for a service call ant it was very reasonable.

If I could give this appliance business 10 stars, I would. Great customer service started with my first phone call. After using other appliance repair companies in town who either would not return my phone call, or not finish the job and charge an arm and a leg, I am pleased and relieved to find my go-to appliance repair company. Lewis (the owner) addressed my oven and was so pleasant to work with. Having had my oven repaired for the same problem before with a different company, I was prepared for another big bill. I called AZ Appliance and like everyone else, they are busy, but they came as soon as they said they would. On time, as promised.
They were prompt and Louis was honest and straightforward with me. Parts nationwide are hard to get, due to the pandemic. Yet his assistant Teresa searched nationwide and located the part that was needed all the way in Alabama.
I was completely satisfied with the results and I would recommend them unequivocally.

Our bottom freezer stopped working on our refrigerator on the day prior to New Year's Eve morning (Dec. 30). Our fridge was really not keeping very cool either. We called around but no answers due to the holiday. We called AZ Appliances on Monday (Jan 4), made an appointment for Wed (Jan 6) between 11-2 which was the soonest appt. available, understandable. We've been waiting ONE MONTH to get our refrigerator and stove repaired. This company does not follow through. They delayed in submitting the repairs for approval to the home warranty company; they were going to contact me about when the parts would arrive and never did and we have no clue when our appliances will be repaired. This also will be the 4th time in the last year that they have repaired our refrigerator for the same problem. I would strongly recommend using another company.

My washing machine would NOT turn on. We checked plug and circuit breaker and all was fine with them. I called AZ Appliance to request an appmt. (Recommended by LG) and talked with Theresa. SHE IS WONDERFUL. She asked if we had unplugged the machine for 10 minutes and then plugged it back in. I thought we had but apparently we did not leave it unplugged for a few minutes. After doing so...THE MACHINE IS WORKING AGAIN. We did have a power surge the other night and I guess that is what caused it. Theresa saved us many $$$...at the cost of their service call.

We just purchased a home and the washer and dryer were left with the home. The washer's seal was bad and leaked on our floor. My husband called these guys and they were out the next day! The repair guy couldn't find the model of the our Whirlpool washer for the part, so had to do some research. He ordered the part needed, was back out a couple day later to install it and told us how to maintain the washer for optimal use. I called Az Appliance service to fix my elderly moms dishwasher since I lived 2 hours away and couldn't look at it. They came out on time and discovered that she accidental hit the child proof button on it keeping it from working. They reset it and didn't charge for the visit which was amazing and unexpected but appreciated. It was also during the Cororavirus so they work a mask and gloves but also asked her if she needed any help with anything else since she was alone. This really showed the great caring and heart of the employee and company. They are the best!
