They replaced a part on the refrigerator that never worked. They don't return calls and they haven't replaced the defective part they put in. Continue to say the part is on order after 7 weeks. Just called another company and the part will be here next week to replace it. I would give them 0 stars if allowed.

I used this company once and was pleased. They apparently have become too busy. Phone calls were not returned. A promised follow up call after finally talking with Dwane was never received. I would not recommend this company because the scheduling of appointments is SO unreliable.,

I was having a problem with my dishwasher, and called Affordable Appliance Repair. Dave showed up on time (after he called me ahead of time), and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was polite and professional, and their rate was reasonable. I will certainly use Affordable Appliance Repair again in the future.

Oven wasn't starting. Diagnosed it as an issue with starter or igniter and replaced the part which was several hundred dollars. Oven would never work. Turns out I needed a whole new oven. I asked him to come pull out the brand new part that was not needed and refund money and was told he was too busy. Charged me $300-$400 for something I didn't need when I could have spent that on a new oven. Total rip off.

Affordable couldn’t repair our refrigerator because the parts weren’t coming from China because of Covid. Dwayne helped us deal with Samsung to get our refund from them in a speedier fashion and then recommended a new brand. Hopefully we won’t need him again 😉 but we would definitely call him again if we need to!
