The worst customer service. They make all kinds of promises that they have no intention of ever delivering on. Especially a guy named Sean over there who I think is an owner or runs it. They spend way too much time embarrassingly trying to capitalize on one hilarious moment. Let it go guys, you‘ve officially ruined the joke. Get back to being a business because you can’t live off of t-shirt sales and rude service forever... Wouldn’t trust them to pull my weeds.

I ordered one of their shirts after the infamous press conference (wanted a little souvenir to remember the funniest moment of 2020). Sadly after I placed the order and it was sent, the postal person left it in the open lobby of my building instead of bringing it to my door, and it was stolen. After reaching out to four seasons to tell them what happened, they were kind and professional enough to resend it and I’m very appreciative of their staff for doing that! The shirt itself is great! Great quality and design, and that + the great service is really what made this purchase more than worth
