Heater broke down New Years Day, called Absolute on Monday and they were able to come out the same day. Marc is fantastic! My unit is from 1980's and should be replaced, but his philosophy is to get it running first. I needed a new circuit board and he had a newer version (solid state). My heater was running again within an hour. Pricing is very fair. A happy wife now is a happy life for me, no longer freezing in our home. Thanks again Marc. I would highly recommend this company

Our heater went out at a terrible time, it was raining and very cold, plus it was just before New Years when it was difficult to find anyone to do anything. Called Absolute Comfort, talked directly to the owner who arranged to come out himself a few hours later. Marc showed up right when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, put a temporary fix on it until he could get parts the next morning. He was back right when he said he would be, fixed it and we were able to enjoy our New Years celebration that night.

Mark was able to fix a continues problem we were having with our New AC that was purchased and installed by someone else. We have a pretty advanced system with 4 zones that was continually having errors and would fail to work. Mark came in and new exactly what was wrong and reconfigured the installation and within a week our system was up and running. He has had to come back for a couple of minor issues but he was always very responsive and willing to come solve the issue. Highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning.
