In our search for a duct cleaning services we found Unique. After a brief discussion with their office and further comparison-shopping we selected Unique because they offered the best service value. Chris and Nadya were on time for our appointment. Chris explained the details of the work that was schedule. They cleaned out all the vents. Me Christian came to look at my furnace and my dryer. I had a ton of questions about my duct work and he answered them all. He was no polite and courteous to me, as I knew nothing about what was going on the my system. He did a thorough job of inspecting and taking pictures of the horrible mess inside my unit. Chris came to our house on time and was super helpful explaining the process and what the service entails. We booked for air duct cleaning but turns out we have mold on our units. JOY! Chris explained what our options are to remedy this and worked very hard to make sure our unit and vents were clean. He also installed UV lights to make sure we don't get any more mold in the future. We signed up for the five year plan so they'll come back to check on everything every six months. Great experience and I'm excited that we don't have mold any more! Would highly recommend!
