Alex displays five star customer service!
We called him on a Saturday afternoon and explained our pool problem. He was at our door within minutes. This was our first experience with Alex and he was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain things thoroughly. Alex is absolutely the best!! Moving from NYC, we had a few different pool companies we tried before we finally found Alex. We tried at least 5 other companies and none of their work and attitude compared to Alex. We had our patio redone and our pool company at the time said it was “our problem” to figure out how to clean the pool. After that, I found Alex through Google and I am so happy I did. Alex has been servicing our pool since 2015 and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company. He is knowledgeable, professional and always reliable. When we rented the house out to tenants, he was patient in dealing with them and assured our pool was always properly cared for even though we weren't around - even sent us photos!
