I contacted Lindblom’s Professional Carpet Cleaning and was pleased to have the owner Mark answer. I explained what I hoped to have done and we discussed expectations vs results. Mark understood exactly what I needed and explained the possible options and results. He checked the type of rugs and their composition to decide best cleaning process. He was also upfront about investing in cleaning a rug that he could clean but it wouldn’t look any different due to age or condition. Mark took the time to do a small job for me that no other company would do. He was so professional and courteous. He was able to get cat hair and urine out of my carpet that was left by the previous owner of our new home. I am so relieved and excited to have fresh clean carpet. Top Notch Carpet Cleaning! I’m amazed on how great my 15 year old carpet looks. Mark did an excellent job. Having 3 dogs is a challenge especially when one is diabetic and has bladder issues. We were having the carpet cleaned on a six week cycle. I tried several companies in McKinney and Limblom’s Carpet is by far the best. I’ll be using this company again.

We had Mark out to repair our 20 year old carpet that was clearly end of life, and he was able to get out a significant wrinkle, and stretch the carpet to improve the overall area. He also patched a hole in the middle of the room where our dog had pulled the fibers from the mat. After repairs they did a full clean of the house. The carpet looked vastly better and smelled amazing. We are very pleased with the work, and both guys were super pleasant to work with and had a great attitude.

This is our second time getting our carpet cleaned by Mark and both times he’s left our carpet looking like new! He was able to get stains out that I didn’t think would come out (pictures included below). He’s also extremely friendly and and his pricing is fair. We’ll continue calling him for all of our carpet and tile cleaning needs. Highly recommend!
