BAM Window Cleaning

We had our windows cleaned today by BAM of McKinney.
They did an awesome job. Our windows sparkle! Crew was timely, friendly, and effective. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

Dirty marks were left on the carpets and walls under almost every window in the house. When I complained they did offer to come back to clean, I had already done it myself. That almost all windows were left a mess showed that there was no care to be mindful or clean up mess as they went. Very disappointing experience.

My husband, Darrin, booked BAM to do our windows. Jordan Watkins and Cory Owens came within the time specified and did a great job. They made sure we were completely satisfied with their work before leaving. More importantly, these young men were so polite and considerate. I’m a Realtor and always looking for local companies that I can personally recommend. Thank you BAM for a job well done!

I called to get appointment.. after 10 days of waiting for appointment.. they arrived to tell me it would be $100 more given “new owner”. Nothing communicated 10 days ago.. no reasoning with office manager. Then she said the new owner would call after lunch.. never did. Very poor

We used BAM last year, and they did a good job, so we called again this year. We use them for window cleaning. This year; however, most especially given the climate we are in with COVID-19, there were no masks or gloves worn inside our home. I was hesitant, but allowed them in anyway. Sadly, one of the guys got into a coughing fit, and rather than leave my home, he continued to stay indoors. I told the lead guy I did not want this guy in my house anymore and he did not come in anymore...common sense should have told him to leave the home the moment he felt a tickle coming on...it is probably just

Listen I never say anything but I won't be using bam window cleaning again. We have had scheduling issues, after issues. The scheduler said " we showed up and no one was there " . I said well you didn't call to say what day you were coming . Then he said the owner will be there tomorrow to talk to and do the service. At 1 the next day I said "what time are they coming "he said " owner on zoom , they should have been there at 12" at 3:00 they showed up no owner. Then I got an invoice before the job was done , then got the wrong invoice and the owner never

I have been using Bam Window Cleaning for several years now. They do an outstanding job inside and out. They also wash the screens! They clean my foyer light and replace the hard to reach bulbs as needed. They are professional, polite, and respectful of our home.
They also were super considerate about safety, social distancing, and cleaning touched surfaces. Johnny and his partner were great! Thank you for always exceeding my expectations.

BAM did a great job on the windows of my townhouse. They arrived on time and worked quickly, and the windows themselves look great. BAM! These guys were great and loved the software and notification system they used. This is a legit group. Not only do they do quality work, but the convenience of scheduling and paying was a breeze. I knew who was coming to wash my windows, when they were coming, and when they were done. I wish every home service would use the system they use. Great choice and definitely noticed by me.

The young men who came out to clean my windows were hard-working, courteous, professional, well-groomed and friendly. This company really is as good as the reviews say. I initially called for a quote - they answered the phone right away, lady was pleasant, and knowledgable. Their quote beat the other company I called, and they could come out the very next day, so I went with them. SO GLAD I DID. Their work was amazing (who knew our windows were so dirty?!). Crew was polite and efficient. Even better - I mentioned to them a week later that I felt like a couple windows needed some extra love and she sent a crew out that same day. I used BAM for the first time after reading about them on Nextdoor. And they did a super job! They were on time, very professional, and did really good work. They could even clean my hanging light fixture in the entryway. The were very reasonably priced and their customer service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

We have used this company several times for my home in McKinney. They always show up right on time and get straight to work. Very professional and do a great job! I love their logistics as well. Allison in the office is super helpful and takes care of most of the communication and payment details. I get a text when they are on their way and then when they leave. It's so easy to work with them! Will continue to use Bam for all my window cleaning!

I hired them to put lights up. The yard was littered with debris from the work they did. Plastic pieces, broken plastic, broken lights, lights scattered, all around my yard and lots in the shrubs. I have not even looked at the gutters.
When they came to take the lights down I waited for 5 hrs past the time they said they would be here and then got a text telling me they pushed me to the next day. I then waited the next day and they didnt ring the doorbell just took lights off and dropped them on my front porch. I was not an important enough

I refer this company to all my customers. They do a great job at a good price! Washing windows, power washing, even reaching high areas or chandeliers we can't.
