Albert was my tech and his brother Sal is part of the team. W O W! I admire how dedicated they are to their craft and service. They are really delightful people and they did a beautiful job. Bait and switch company -Beware - after receiving written estimate for carpet cleaning 2 men showed up to my door not to clean like they told me they were going to do but to give me their final estimate. I was already given a quote which included pet treatment . Their new quote wanted to charge us 90.00 per spot which would have been Over $1000 for 9 pet stains . This did not include the cleaning which doubled from the written quote I received . For cleaning carpets we were looking to pay almost $2000 . We told them we wanted them to honor the original deal and they would not do it. There
