I couldn’t be happier with this business. From our initial scheduling conversation, he went above and beyond to meet the needs we had as new home owners. Not only was his work the highest quality, he explained the process and made sure all of our stains were addressed. We’ve had our carpets cleaned a number of times and are always disappointed. We had Eco carpet cleaning do a move-in carpet clean for our new home!
Working with Randy from Eco has been one of my best experiences ever with a professional! We had to reschedule multiple times due to the seller of our home pushing back our move in date, and Randy was so flexible, forgiving, and so very, very kind about the whole situation! He did a fantastic job with the carpets, they are so clean and soft now, the smell is gone, and he was very quick and very thorough.
Not to mention it was a fantastic price!
You definitely want him cleaning your carpets if you want a job well done, and

I just had my basement and basement steps cleaned, and I was absolutely wowed by the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the service. Alex was able to get out some very tough stains (wax, ash, red wine, etc.) that I had been trying to get out on my own for years. On top of that he recommended efficient, eo-friendly, cost-effective products I can use in the future to get out stains and clean the carpets. I couldn’t be more pleased, and I will definitely be using this company to have my carpets cleaned in the future as well as recommend to family and friends!

This is the second time I’ve used Eco Carpet Cleaning and I love the results. Randy responded to my call within 15 minutes to schedule my appointment. My carpets aren’t soaked, they dry in about 4 hours, and the carpets look and smell great. I am sensitive to fragrances but after cleaning, the carpets have a light fresh smell that is not bothersome or overbearing. I highly recommend Randy. He does an amazing job, is quick to respond and shows up when he says he will.

I had never used Eco carpet, I saw this man come in with a small piece but thought oh my I hope the machine can do a good job? Well he did an amazing job and what I noticed was it lasted and it still looks nice even though it's been a few months so I definitely would recommend this company to whoever would consider them!!!! A few days after moving into my new apartment there was an accident. I had spilled my coffee all over my couch and carpet. I was so upset.
