London Tile recently completed the centerpiece of my powder room re-model. I had a design in mind from work I had seen in Portugal and Asia, picked out handmade tiles, just needed an experienced tile contractor. London Tile did a tub to shower conversion for us. We are extremely pleased with the result, the work was done on schedule, the price was very competitive, and everyone at London Tile was extremely easy to deal with. In particular the crew took my very general "design" ideas and worked out the details in a very pleasing way. As best as I can tell the workmanship was top notch, I'm especially pleased with how well the shower floor drains. This job took place last summer. Part of it was good, but part of it was bad quality. Very nice installers, but poor quality work. The floor tiles are straight with even grout. But the wall bows and grout lines are very irregular. Some tiles are crooked. The angle on the shower edge is not sufficient so water pools against the glass causing staining and I'm sure mold soon. I had asked for a shampoo cubby in the wall, but they forgot. I don't enjoy posting a negative review but want to warn other people to watch out for the quality of this company.

I chose London tile for a 6 x 8 laundry room, where I wanted to do carrera marble in a herringbone pattern with a border.
London Tile was twice the cost of any of the other quotes, but I have had so many issues with other sub-contractors that I was willing to pay the price for high quality.
Mick quoted me $3500 while all others were around $1800
In my mind, you pay twice the cost, you get twice the quality. I told Mick in advance that I was consciously hiring the most expensive person in town because I wanted this tile to be flawless - straight and consistent grout lines (straight around the

London Tiles certainly lived up to its good reviews. For the initial estimate / quote, for booking the work, and for the actual work, Zack was easy to work with, was on time with the crew. These guys came in and did a fantastic job. Very personable and friendly. They left a section under the window sill blank (0.5") while we finished the framing. We completed our remodel and the half inch under the window sill still showed based on our final design. They came back a full year and 1/2 later and completed 2 1/2 hours more work, free of charge because they said they wanted to finish the job right. 100% awesomeness!

It doesn't get any better. Two tiles (installed by another craftsman) fell off the gas fireplace surround in my home office. Mick Griffin of London Tile came over, pointed out that other tiles were loose and badly adhered. Two London Tile tilers came over, removed all tiles, cleaned them off, and retiled. I continued to work in my office and the two tilers were a peaceful joy to be around. Oriental rug carefully moved back, paper laid to protect wood floor, thorough vacuuming throughout the process. Very well organized. Job done swiftly and well. Fireplace looks beautiful -- better than before

London Tile did several projects for me, from tiling my floors, my kitchen backsplash and my fireplace. Zack was the manager and was always good in responding to my phone calls and my needs. He came everyday and oversaw the project every step of the way. Mick, the owner came out to inspect and when a section was not done to my satisfaction, he immediately sent his crew to correct the problem. He is a perfectionist, very professional and stand behind their company name. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review to recommend London Tile whole heartily. They did a beautiful job on installing radiant heating and tiling in our family room and a bathroom. Zack and crew saved the day!! We had to fire our first contractor for poor performance. Zack looked at what we wanted to do with our two bathrooms, made his recommendations and went right to work on pricing the project. A contract was submitted in a timely manner and explained to us in detail before we accepted the proposal. Ignacio and the rest of the crew did a great job with a challenging project and Zack oversaw the tile installation every step of the way. These guys are quick to help you and they take great pride in their work.

Zack, the project manager for London tile met me at my home and helped me plan out my flooring remodel. He expertly explained to me the pros and cons on the various types of flooring, evaluated what was best in my situation and helped me decide on the right choice.

London Tile was my choice for changing the tile around a fireplace. Mick, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, always coming or phoning when he said he would. His crew were skilled, experienced and friendly, and they did a perfect clean up job both days they worked in my house. If I ever do more tile remodeling, I would call London Tile.
