Founded by John Dickinson in 2005 and established as one of the most quality driven tile contractors in the Bay area shortly after.

Tile Tech gained recognition in the industry with a series of steam showers and sophisticated art pieces featuring Italian designer glass mosaics from 'Bisazza' and 'Sicis' where due to the small size of tile the underlay was squared, leveled, plumbed and adjusted to exact measurements so no piece needed to be cut on top of the notoriously high degree of difficulty to install that particular tile that goes far beyond the capability of your standard tile contractor.

These were followed by a set of installations with handmade tile from 'Heath Ceramics' that earned their spot on the 'Heath' website and TILE TECH got placed on their list of selected installers.While John's natural stone and porcelain tile installations are renowned for their tight grout joints, folded corners, precise calculations and skillful execution, his niches of all sizes, feature strips and drains are integrated into the overall layout wherever possible.
