They really put in the extra effort for our unique problem. They made time for us even though it seemed like their schedule wouldn't allow it and fixed our DIY project gone wrong. They taught us all about our chimney and our wood stove. Its obvious that they enjoy what they do, which really made a difference in their service. I'll never call anyone other than Super Sweep again.

I’m very impressed with the service and knowledge of Super Sweep. They came out on-time and gave me an honest assessment of my chimney and provided me with sound recommendations. They did only what was needed , not what they could have done to drive up the cost. Over the years I’ve lowered my expectations when it comes to customer service because of past experiences. Excellent service. It's been difficult to find local business that provide reliable and professional service but Tyler and Jeremy were friendly and professional from start to end. I have done business with Super Sweep for 10+ years now. Tyler and Jeremy are both knowledgeable, customer focused and very tidy at their craft. Unlike other chimney sweeps that we have used in the past, they use state of the art equipment (vacuums etc) that leave your home dust/soot free!
