We have 5 units here to store furniture as we start up our business.
Great Location and they have loading docks, which makes deliveries on pallets easy to accept.
April that works the front desk is such a great person to work with and very accomadating. This is our favorite part about storing our stuff here, FRIENDLY STAFF!

So far, so good. April is very friendly and professional, and reserving a unit and moving in was fast and easy. NoDa storage is conveniently located to my new house, something I’m not used to in the distant suburbs. The place is HUGE, but every unit is ground level, so it’s so much easier that squeezing into an elevator one small cart at a time. I saw a guy moving full pallets with a dolly, so moving in and out is easy. Almost the perfect storage facility. However, there’s no excuse for not having sectioned motion sensor lighting. My situation is bitter sweet with these people. The guys that owned the place before didn’t have a “plethora” of charges. I know for sure l had a larger unit for cheaper than l am paying for this unit and some of the staff are very rude and arrogant. I have had my run-in with a few of them and they must get some type of commission or something off of our units because they seem very(how can l say this) greedy for money. But on a more positive note, l rent from them because l know my belongings are safe from everyone except them!

We have used a number of different storage facilities in recent years and my experience with NoDa Self Storage has been the best so far! Called them the day after we moved into town when we found ourselves with too many belongings to fit in our new space... 30 minutes later I was at the facility securing the new unit. Very helpful staff, a simple and easy to navigate floor plan with all the equipment you might need (a huge plus!), and a prime location when compared to other storage options.

These guys are great. Easy to work with, and close to Uptown Charlotte where it's hard to find affordable outdoor parking spaces. I have a trailer there and not only did they call me when a better spot was available (as I'd asked them to do), it actually reduced my cost by $16 per month. Highly recommended.
