We have several storage facilities with a wide array of storage units. We offer both conventional and climate controlled units, as well as boat & RV storage in select locations. My experience here was beyond words The manager Mrs Kim, Shantel and her staff not only are courteous and well knowledgeable in this field but also go above the call of duty to help and make you feel like family.
Again I can't put into words how greatfull I am for this facility business and would recommend this location to the city of Charlotte and surrounding ares I thank you all for your service and the Wonderful help. Staff made sure I reviewed all the customer policies of the business in the contract and offered opportunities for questions.
Access instructions were given and repeated back. Billing policies explained and automatic draft offered and set up. Since I came in at the end of the day, the facility lock was on the unit, so I couldn't actually see inside the unit until I returned today with my own lock.

Welcome to American Store & Lock #2- North Carolina's Original Multi-Story Climate Controlled Storage Facility! We are conveniently located at 1221 N. Wendover Road in Charlotte, NC across the street from the Home Depot next to the Habitat for Humanity Restore. Our facility has units to accommodate the needs of all residential and commercial customers.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
