We used Southern Self Storage for more than three years. They were always accommodating and helped make life easy as we went through several transitions. At one point we had two units (one for us and one for my in-laws), when we closed one down, they allowed us to swap units. When my Father-in-Law passed away and we had to quickly empty their apartment, they allowed us to temporarily move into a bigger unit and then the next month allowed us to move back to the smaller one. For both of these moves, they found a unit that was close and apologized that it wasn't closer. It was perfect though because

Samantha was so courteous from the very start. This was my husband and my first experience renting a storage unit. We found Southern Self Storage just by convenience really because it was a midway point between our previous location and new house. We explained to Samantha that we only were needing it temporarily. What impressed us so much is that a few days before the end of the month, she followed up with us and emailed to see if we were done with the unit. I had totally forgotten to take care of this in the middle of our move. It was so awesome to find someone honest who wasn't trying to get
