Absolutely the worse customer experience.
Reserved a unit online. Went in a couple of days later. No units available.
When the desk person contacted the manager, I could hear her over the phone saying. Just because you reserve a unit, does mean it’s available. “Just tell them no one has units available”.
So I ask you, what’s the point of the reservation system. This is very frustrating and will prevent me from recommending this business to any of my clients.
So much for customer service!

I got a unit here a few months ago and the lady at the desk was very nice and professional, also they have easy access to the building at all times, how ever I would not suggest getting a unit here because mine was infested with mold and mildew. I didn't realize it at first when I put all my stuff inside. My stuff was clean and boxed but I also stored furniture and work out equipment. After going back in to the unit after a few months I smelled a very strong odor when I opened the unit and then after looking closely I noticed green mold growing all over everything.
