As far as car dealerships go, Vancouver Toyota was a pleasant experience. There was very little pressure when we were looking and very little pressure during the final signing process to purchase "add-ons". The price we paid for the used truck was a good price. I would have liked to get more for our trade-in, but the convenience of not selling it ourselves does have some value.

Excellent experience! I saw the vehicle on the website, called to make sure it was available, and set up an appointment to check it over. Penny met me as I came in and was very friendly from the get go. Very low pressure sales, which is awesome. Test drove the vehicle, and then had easy time negotiating what I needed. This was my second vehicle purchased at this dealer, and would definitely return again the next time.

After shopping around at other dealerships, we walked in to see what Vancouver Toyota had to offer. Our salesperson was Skyler. He was great to work with, personable and understanding. Mark in the office was great as well. Both my wife and I walked away pleased. This is the third car we have purchased from them. They have out loyalty because they have earned it.

Things seem to have deteriorated as of the last few times I have been in. This time I got a notice on my phone of recommended service for my car, which included changing the tires out ASAP. I declined and figured they would talk with me more about the situation when I went to pick up my car.
NOTHING was discussed with me when I picked up my car. In the past they verbally went over the findings with me on the status of the brakes, the tire tread, oil level upon arrival and other items. This time I was told my total and that was it - I had to ask why they were recommending my tires be changed right

I’m embarrassed for their service department Managenent! I took my 2021 4-runner into service because a light came on my dashboard and a beeping kept going off and on when I drove.
I had an appointment at 10am and it took them an hour to check me in. I explained to kathy (who was amazing) my problems (also had a dash cam programming issue). I had to leave my car there all day…. Upon picking it up I was told they could not find a problem but cleared the “codes”. The manager believed it was because of an aftermarket break (for my trailer) and wanted to charge me $140 to continue to diagnose

Vancouver RV!! Tony O. helped me buy my new destination trailer. He is so laid back, super easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, and very responsive. He quickly replied to every question, even set up the tow service to move my trailer in minutes.
Bryan Gregg in finance was very helpful. The RV Service manager was also great to work with.
Jessie did an amazing job preparing my trailer for pickup. He treated like his own trailer and took care of all of the big and small details. Everything was perfect at pick up.
The RV Service Manager Rod Dawson has been great to work with as well.
