I can't say enough good things about this company. Like everyone else these days, I thought it would be forever before our pool finally arrived. But I have to say, these guys are the ABSOLUTE best! They are all respectful, prompt and hard working. And they left us with a pool that we'll enjoy for many many years to come! Thanks Steve, Dakota, Morgan and the rest of the gang! We're so thrilled with our new pool. And no problems through the installation process! If I could get 2 pools from you guys, I would. POOL PARTY!!!

These guys rock! We had a somewhat small job of adding a pool railing to the stairs of an existing inground pool to makes things safe for my elderly mom. Kevin and the service department were receptive to our needs and found a way to work us into their very busy schedule. They were flexible about the kind of railing we needed and very prompt and timely in the scheduling. My dad said the crew was very efficient and did a great job. This is high praise indeed. I will be forever grateful to Aqua Paradise for the peace of mind they provided me about my folks. They made the difference between a pool

I called Aqua Paradise Pools during the week to make an appointment to come in to purchase a pool at 5pm. After being put on hold I was told they close at 5:30pm it would not be enough time. I came in on a Sunday to have the snobby girl behind like counter tell me there are no sales people there during the weekend the only thing she could tell me is their pools start at $10k and go up to $25K with a snobby attitude like I was a homeless person. As a Portsmouth local I do not recommend Aqua Paradise Pools & Spas. God forbid they stay open a few minutes extra for a $10,000 - $25,000 sale! PS. Your

Just received a $1,000 bill to have my pool cleaned. $470 in chemicals and $500 in labor. Already paid $600 three weeks ago to have it "opened". The pool was not all that dirty to begin with. Needed some leaves vacuumed out of the deep end and a boost to clear it up. They missed the appt and showed up 2 days later (missed the opening appt last year also and had no record of the appt being scheduled). I will be either finding a new company or doing this myself going forward!

I've lived in New Hampshire for 2 years now and inherited a pool from the previous owner. Our experience with aqua paradise pools have been poor. Follow up and customer service is below average and unsatisfactory.
After this summer, our liner separated from the pool and we had aqua paradise pools come out and look at it. They stated they were unable to fix it the next day me and my brother fixed it ourselves. I feel like Instead of doing the job they were trying to up sell the service.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. we now use a company in Lawrence Massachusetts to do our pool

Steve, Patty, and the rest of the people at Aqua Paradise have been incredibly helpful over the years and have gone above and beyond what one normally expects from a pool service company. We have had some major issues with our pool in the past few years, and they have been responsive, prompt, and cheerful at all times when dealing with our phone calls and site visits. I would recommend them to anyone!
