We keep over $500,000 worth of inventory on hand so when you show up to Universal; if you're ready to purchase we're ready to deliver!

The one thing all of our customers have in common is their quest for a "great deal" and " fast delivery". Most of the kitchens we sell can be delivered within 9 days although we prefer to have 2-3 weeks just in case there are any hiccups with your order. I've found that if we really when we dive deeper that it's a great value that they are really in search of.
Established in 1998 with a Red F150 and his son Kolby buckled in the front seat delivering mattresses and furniture. UFD started as Universal Furniture & Mattress in storage lockers across the street from our current warehouse. The concept was simple a great marketing system and great deals. I needed to remodel my kitchen with new cabinets, so I went online and found a place that was reasonable, but when I reached out to their design team, it felt very cookie cutter, and they did not listen to what I was looking for. To start the initial designer was 3 hours late to our virtual appointment, then once we started she immediately started to pressure us, due to the order must be in by 4 pm. I should have ran away at that point. We ordered, 9700 bucks worth of cabinets, which once they arrived 27 out of 29 were damaged. They took forever to come and get them, then took them back, repaired them and took forever to return them to us. Once they returned them, there was still minor issues here and there….. I reached out multiple times to request some pieces that were missing and never got a response…. Today, Joe

My husband and I recently bought a hot tub from Universal Factory Direct. Overall had a great quick experience. We were luckily enough to purchase and have delivered a hot tub within 72 hours of each other.
There was a cancellation and it just worked in our favour. The staff are very kind and professional. Quick and responsive. The both of us were looking for a salt water hot tub and sadly Universal Factory Direct does not sell these types. I definitely recommend this company for anyone.

I am a real estate agent in Vermont, and I had such a great experience with Universal Factory Direct, that I have already told a number of clients about them. The whole experience was fantastic! Andy went out of his way to make sure that we got everything that we needed to make our new kitchen look perfect. All we had to do was send photos of the space and the dimensions. We explained our vision from the comfort of our home and Andy sent us a CAD of our dream kitchen designed within the hour. We were on a super time crunch, and Andy did everything he could to get us our cabinets on time.

We did a kitchen remodel all virtual. They were very patient with redoing the design several times due to my measuring one wall incorrectly. The CAD drawings helped me see what it would look like when finished. The cabinets are a mid grade and the finish is perfect. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We ordered cabinets for a kitchen remodel. We loved our design. When our installers unpacked everything we noticed that two of the cabinets were not what we ordered. We were told that they don’t make the cabinets we ordered anymore, so this is what we were sent instead. One of the cabinets was supposed to be finished inside without doors. Doors were attached and it was unfinished inside. I was told we could patch the holes and request the paint code to finish the interior ourselves. We were also missing our roll out trays for our pantries. They were finally delivered, after our installers were
