I was in need of duct replacement at my home and was referred to Air-Rite by a friend. I called & scheduled an appointment with a rep (won't name him). He came by, assessed and provided a quote for the work. We hired them for the work that ultimately was done good & professionally. I called their office on 3 occasions asking for our rep (who originally quoted us) over 3 weeks ago...and he still hasn't called me back! There are too many other plumbing/HVAC companies out there for me to choose from rather than dealing with this. I paid the money and I feel "ghosted" by

Honesty is appreciated! Randy was awesome! Our heat went out a few days ago. We got two quotes from company's charging us for the service call and telling us the sensor and inducer needed to be replaced. They wanted over a thousand dollars. Also, they needed to order the part, leaving us with no heat up to 10 days. Randy came out and within minutes, found a wire that was disconnected, fixed it and got us up and running again! Looking for a great, reliable company? Look no further than Aire-Rite. After suffering through heat waves (mainly on second floor), what felt like blizzards in our home in winter, and getting 3 prior estimates, we finally hit the jackpot with Benny and his company. Benny came for an estimate which was much lower than the others, was hired on the spot, and then his crew literally showed up the next day. I live in Rancho and due to this unfortunate heat wave our air conditioner broke. It was so hot all night and we we were stress that we would be without air for a couple of days . The next morning my boyfriend found Aire-Rite and they said that they could come btwn 10-2pm. Just our luck, they were able to show up by 10am. Benny was so nice and professional. We recently had some ac issues, during a mini heatwave, and decided to call AireRite as they were the 1st company that popped up on Goggle. I was surprised at how quickly they arrived. It took a few days to get the parts as our issue happened on the weekend. The ac worked for a week, then went out again. Benny sent someone out the same day, found another issue, and ordered another part. He sent out a specialist with our unit and it was repaired quickly. This whole ordeal was exhausting but Benny did what needed to be done to fix our air. I would definitely recommend this company for your ac needs

Benny the owner came out same day, and on a last minute house call. Thats putting the client first and goes far in my book. My AC compressor stopped turning on and my house was a furnace. I have little ones and a pregnant wife, EMERGENCY CALL if you ask me. Not only did he come out same day, but was in my home and fixing the issue under 2 hours from my initial call. Called company for free estimate on model choices for new air conditioner and furnace install. Benny, introduced himself as owner came Sep 3, 2020. Claims new detailed and itemized quotes I requested "would come sometime next week". Next week came and went, with no response. I sent another email Sunday night after week had passed reminding him of the situation concerning timeliness and requested same quote. No response. So I called the office 2 days later on Tuesday to state failed advertised "free" quote to attempt to get another service tech. The office response was just horrific and even worse

Used these guys for a capacitor that went out and so had it replaced. Easy....Funny how a part that is $50 and typically $100-150 at any other place INSTALLED is now magically $750+ through airerite. I understand Fred the honest previous owner sold and airerite is under new ownership. I typically leave good reviews to spread the word for good people but these guys are thieves. Yes it was summer and yes the job was completed but a $500 mark up!! Lol Just be aware there are shady money hungry businesses out there that don't care about offering a FAIR service. Had an appointment for a service call today, was given a time between 10AM-2PM for the technician to arrive. Received a call at 1:35 that the tech was "running behind". This after waiting on my day off for 3.5 hours already!
The office person said the tech had a job that was taking "longer then planned". When I questioned why such late notice, the receptionist asked if I wanted to speak to the tech and I said no. She put him on the phone ANYWAY.
The tech then started telling me how he had problems with his vehicle and that's why he was late.

SHOP AROUND!! Get quotes from other contractors and don't get ripped off by this guy like I did. He charged me over $800 to fix my AC that stopped working the next day. I contacted other companies and had 4 quotes ranging from $250-400 for the same exact work he did. I had to argue with the "manager" Benjie and threaten to file a complaint with the state Contractor's Board just to get a partial refund on my extremely overpriced service.
I had WORKING INSTALLERS come out and fix my AC.
So buyer beware and definitely get additional quotes.
