Jack of Subzero Heating and Air Conditioning came over to our home in Fountain Valley to fix our air conditioner with the Nest Thermostat. We first found Jack through the NextDoor app. Jack has great communication, is honest, and gives very fair pricing. He was able to explain what the issue was with our air conditioner, and efficiently made the repairs. It's reassuring to know we have a go-to company for our heating and A/C needs. This review is far overdue. Our family met Jack Marlowe well over 15 years long before Yelp reviews. He installed our first a/c and heating unit for us back then and continues to do a fantastic job now. Jack is very budget conscious and doesn't oversell what you don't need. He recommends the best products that will give you the most for your money. He is absolutely professional and will show up on time and get the job done. Jack is the man! I was referred to him by a good friend and he did not disappoint. My mom has a rental property and the air conditioner had finally started dying out. We called Jack and given that this is the busy season he came by quickly and gave us a super unbeatable quote. The following weekend which was this weekend he came by and knocked it out. Honestly, I am incredibly impressed and satisfied at the professionalism, the quality of work and just the fact that he wanted this done right.

I highly recommend Subzero Heating & Air Conditioning!. Jack Marlowe, the owner, installed a 4 ton unit for me in Rancho Cucamonga. His price was extremely reasonable. He asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He worked cleanly and hauled away the old system.
He kept me informed about when he would be here. When the system was installed, he explained everything and answered all my questions. He is an honest man who will do exactly what he says he will do. I highly recommend Jack and his company, Subzero Heating

I hired Jack to replace all my air ducks and one system coil after we discovered a huge rodent issue in our attic. I got about 6-7 esimates from other licensed ac/heating companies and Jack was one of the most affordable and professional. He arrived on time each day and explained to me what was going to happen and what he was going to do each day. he also answered all my questions that I had. Jack is the owner and a one man show. He is a more affordable than others because he doesn't have to pay other employees, several company trucks, etc.. I would use Jack again and recommend him based

If you want an honest guy, call Jack at SubZero. He came highly recommended to me by friends. I had to wait a couple of days for him because it was a hot and busy weekend, but it was worth it. It's just him--so he doesn't have a boss or a corporation giving him any quotas and pressuring him to pad the invoice. He took his time to explain things, showed me how to care for the A/C unit, checked the other unit (we have two), checked vents and filters, explained how things should be working, and answered all my questions. Saved me a bunch of money! :)
