1. Customer service and first impressions mean a lot to us so the first thing that impressed me was the response time to my Yelp messages and the professionalism and friendliness. Jimmy greeted me with a "Good morning" which I truly appreciate. Not all businesses do that and I'm turned off by cold, short responses without any friendly personal touches.

Edgar was THE best. So friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and made sure to check all the vents to ensure that it was actually cooling. He also taught me how to change my air filters! Will definitely be back if I ever run into another HVAC issue!

I can't say enough about this company. They have been incredible. Christian was so informative and really cared to make sure I understood what was going on. He came out right away and knew exactly what to do. I won't ever use any other A/C Heating company. This company is how things were years ago. Respect, dressed in there company uniform with pride. Actually thankful for the work. So many companies now a days just don't care. Thank God they do.

AC technician, Edgar, arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the problem with our AC quickly. The repair was done in less than 1 hr. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient. He willingly spoke with my husband via face time to explain the repair he was about to do. I am very satisfied and a happy customer. We called Friends and Family to get a quote on a planned HVAC upgrade. They provided by far the most comprehensive and detailed take on what was needed to improve the quality of our AC. Since they were also competitive on the price, no need to say we went with Friends and Family.
The day of install, the crew knocked on our door at 9am and were done around 4pm. They were friendly, worked efficiently and kept our house clean, as promised.

Wow!!!! What a great experience. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly. I called Friends & Family last night and was able to have them come out today. Thank you Edgar Martinez for being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it! Whew! Because summer is on the way, and it’s going to be a hot one. I highly recommend Friends & Family. I will continue to use them for anything in the future should the need arise.

These guys are simply the best in the industry. We knew from our first encounter with Jimmy we’d be in good hands. He went above and beyond to help us with a new install to replace a horrible one from another… guy that just tried to continuously gouge our wallet.
