The condenser went out this afternoon on our AC unit. I called expecting them to come out tomorrow but they called and came out this evening. We're up and running. Very nice, personalble guy. We very happy with their service.

God bless Air Value!! Had tried to get multiple people to come out and look at our air conditioner with no luck. I Air Value at 4:00 PM expecting it to be too late for someone to come out. The woman that answered the phone (I wish I got her name, she was GREAT) really worked some magic to get us seen that day. By 6:00 PM our air conditioner was fixed and our life was saved by at fantastic technician named Kyle. Thank god for air conditioning and thank god for great companies like Air Value.

Our AC went out so our landlord called to have someone come out and repair it. The owner himself showed up. Instead of giving a quote he just fixed our unit. When our landlord told him he needed to give her a quote first he got an attitude and said he didn't have time or seconds. She asked him to wait a minute while she went to look and see if she had the money, in which he undid all his work and left. It is 85 degrees outside and I have 3 children, two of which are one year old twins. Because of his attitude my children have to suffer waiting for another company to come out all because he did

Do not use this company!! Had them come out and check my A/C unit due to it blowing warm air. First, want to charge me $1,360 to replace a coil that is under warranty, second, put 10 pounds of Freon in the unit and charged me $45 a pound. Today a friend in the A/C business comes out and tells me R410A Freon is about $6 a pound right now and he could have done it for $125! Needless to say the friend will be here Monday to replace the coil, including labor, for $675. Stay away from this rip off artists!!!!
