I am a 69 years old….on July 8 my entire AC unit stopped functioning I contacted Aaron’s A/C (Fuqua location) on Wednesday, July 21 about 3/4pm on Thursday, July 22 I received a message from Eric stating someone will be at my house to check my unit outside and in the attic I received a second message from Eric to notify the technician (Joe)is enroute shortly thereafter I received a call from Joe confirming his arrival at 1pm the diagnosis was made and a repair date confirmed A follow up call was received from Joe stating there was a delay in getting the unit but they would have it by the 28th

Joe was great. He came and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. The whole house was noticeably cooler after fixing the problem. Even answered all my questions I had as a first time homebuyer. Will definitely be using Aaron's AC again and will ask for Joe in the future.

I've been using this company for about 4 years for all my AC & Heating needs. They are always very professional & prompt whenever there is a problem with my AC or Heater. Recently, I had a problem with my Heater and Israel the technician was at my house in 30 minutes after I placed the call. He was very thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very friendly & professional & followed the Covid 19 safety guidelines.

I've used Aaron's 3 times now for different needs over the past 9 months. For the emergency need they went out of their way to help and were kind and efficient. For every call, they have attempted to help me troubleshoot over the phone before the home visit. Today, Israel arrived and answered all questions (and I ask a lot!) and meticulously troubleshot the issue and provided alternatives to meet our needs. AArons does a great job providing you what you need, rather than proposing costly unneeded scope. They also are easy to work with on the scheduling side! Great customer service

We noticed about mid-day that our A/C stopped cooling so we searched around for a company that could come out right away as it was hot as outside! We found Aaron's based off of Google, Yelp, and Next Door reviews. We called and were scheduled as an emergency appointment within 30 minutes we got a call back that someone would be out in 30 minutes. They showed up within the 30 minute time frame.
They replaced the capacitor and added freon. We were back to normal in about 2 and half hours. The techs even stayed around to make sure the unit was cooling as normal. I highly recommend Aaron&apos

Ever since we started being quarantined I have to work at home during the day. Normally, I am only home in the mornings and at night when the sun is down. So I haven't really noticed that it wasn't cooling. However, due to the corona virus, I am here during the middle of the day when the sun is out. I noticed yesterday, that it was just not cooling at all.
I called Aaron's right away and they were out within minutes. It was a simple fix, low freon. They added some and it started cooling immediately. I can't thank them enough!

Eric our repairman was very experienced and found the problem very quick did all the necessary testing and replaced the needed components and some wiring and had us going in no time. I have to thank Aaron's from the bottom of my heart. I called in the morning and they were able to come out and fix it later in the afternoon. They were a little late but I wouldn't hold that against them since it is early July (late June) and I can only assume they're busy. (Also this is me being patience given the situation and circumstances) I was willing and prepared to pay a lot of money for the fix and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. Thank you thank you thank you for coming to my family's rescue on a hot June day.

Aaron's came out to our house in under an hour, which is outstanding. Ruben quoted me $250 over the phone, and my bill was even lower than that. As a contractor myself, I can assure you that's a good sign. Both Roy and Ruben were very professional and informed us of the issues our unit was having. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I'm thankful I chose to go with them.

Came home from work to a hot house. Narrowed it down to a bad fan capacitor. I Searched all over, and was not having any luck even finding anyone open at 6:30pm, until i called Aaron! He was not at the office, but met me at a location close to my house, and even had the part on the truck! He tested my old one right there, and showed me how to put the new one on. Saved me a ton of money, a missed day of work, and a sleepless night. Not to mention Mama is happy! Thanks!!!!!!!
