Great honest company. Responded quickly and very knowledgeable! Owner is extremely personable and easy to talk with. Service tech assessed the problem, the installers came and replaced my heaters and followed up that afternoon to make sure everything was running and done right!!! I wouldn’t use anyone else for my services. Claudio and his crew are true professionals. I consider that family. They came in after a horrific time after Harvey and had to redo a botched job providing appropriate video and hard copy evidence of why they performed a new setup.

Initial evaluation was set up for a 30 minute time frame. After waiting around for 30 minutes I decided to call the front office who informed me that the technician would need an additional two to three hours at the prior appointment. Totally understandable, but the lack of communication was a bit unprofessional.
Once the technician arrived it was clear that he knew what he was doing and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend Ultimate Comfort AC but be sure to follow up regarding appointment time.

First off, we were able to schedule service the same day, which was amazing considering our AC was not working during a 95 degree day. Our technician was early to our appointment. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain what he was doing. Once he had our unit running again he showed me how I can do some maintenance myself to keep our unit running smoothly. They were recommended to us and now we highly recommend using AC Pro for any of your AC needs. Thank you!

I was delighted with the service provided by Ultimate Comfort, from the first call and thoughout he process. Stephen and team were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, honest and sincere. I was impressed by Stephen's willingness to take pictures and record videos of the testing he performed to help me understand how the system worked and where it was failing. Ultimately I had the air handler and zone control board replaced. They worked me into their schedule, diagnosed one day and installed the new equipment the next day.
