Big Texas Comfort did an excellent job replacing my A/C compressor and installing a new air return and thermostat. They went out of their way to confirm my unit was under warranty and saved me thousands of dollars by doing so. Their technicians and installation team were timely, professional and worked efficiently. Another HVAC company came out and told me my entire system needed to be overhauled and provided an exorbitant estimate and a misleading sales pitch. I’m so glad that I contacted Big Texas Comfort and hired them for the job instead. I highly recommend Big Texas Comfort for any HVAC

We reached out to Big Texas Comfort at 9am because our A/C system would not start up. David showed up 3 hours later, and was able to fix 2 different problems for us. The 2nd problem had been checked by another local company that had told us the problem was “un-fixable” and recommended to replace the entire system. David found the solution installed the part he had in stock, and our system did not need to be replaced. David fixed both problems in less than 80 minutes, and we appreciated their prompt same-day service. David is very knowledgeable and deserves these high ratings. Quality service

I called big texas comfort at 5 pm because I had some water spots forming on my ceiling and thought I had a clogged drain. David showed up just after 6 and went through all the details and found out that I had some restriction in air flow causing condensate. Problem solved. He then diagnosed another bigger issue I'd been having which was lack of air to my living room. He installed a damper on a duct that was missing it and redirected air from some over blowing vents to the under performing one. It's only been an hour since he left and I can tell my living room cools better now. David was very experienced

I highly recommend this company. A couple of months ago they came to replace two 7,5 ton exterior units. There price was below all the other bids, but the workmanship and service we received was phenomenal. These units were placed at Fountain of Life Christian Center, the church that I pastor.
