David is a retired engineer, with decades of experience in business He was a General Contractor in Colorado for 16 years before using his engineering skills and building packaging and processing machines for industry for the next 35 years. He and his lawyer wife retired to Florida in 2013. He studied Industrial Design at IIT and architecture at the University of Colorado.
We are a handyman company, not contractors. Handymen in Pinellas County do not have contractor licenses and thus the scope of work we can perform is limited to minor, non-structural repairs and replacements. I have always been that person who can fix most anything. Innate repair knowledge is not enough without skills and skills are learned with time and study. I have 4 decades of hands-on experience in the construction trades. Integrity and ethics are the skills I value the most. Fix a drip, replace an interior door, remove rotted wood, hang a picture, assemble some furniture.

David has just left and I am delighted with his work. It was a very difficult task of providing access to the crawl space but he quickly assessed the best method to solve the problem and proceeded to complete the work in a most professional manner. I am extremely pleased with the work and at his very reasonable price and would highly recommend him.
