I am one that pays well for service done and this company was not it. First phone call went well, he scheduled me for the day that worked for him and quoted a price. the day comes, and it was raining so when I called him to confirm he was complaining about the rain and how he’s supposed to charge me more when it rains and he doesn’t work when it rains… he gets to my house and complains again about the rain. the work was done and when I call a few days to ask for more work done because of a potent smell that we agreed to pay for and he acts like he doesn’t want to help me and says we live

Nice family owned business. Mike and Rod always do a good job and schedule promptly. For pets they use a special enzyme cleaner to get out stains/odors. Recently my sister came down with 2 dogs who did their business on my carpet a few times. Tuff Carpet came and cleaned it beautifully as if no dogs were ever inside. They also specialize in tile cleaning. They have given senior discounts so I would ask about that as well. I would highly recommend Tuff Carpet Cleaning company!

This is the second time I use Tuff and once again they did a spectacular job. Very professional, efficient, reasonably priced and best of all they're good people. I got a few estimates for this particular job prior to calling Tuff again. Prices were higher and one company even said they weren't able to clean my carpet because it was too dirty and stained. Tuff knocked it out and left my carpet clean and smelling good. They have text alerts email notifications and contactless service if required. Highly recommended!

1. They did a thorough inspection of the soiled areas and spot treated where there were pet accidents. Previous companies I've worked with have relied on their naked eye to attempt to identify problem areas. Tuff used UV light to identify the problems - they even let me see for myself! Found some pet accidents I didn't know where there - yikes! They could even tell where there was soap residue from my botch cleaning jobs.
2. They safe guarded every corner of my house that the tubes my scuff - protecting my home! (See pic)

Submitted a request online for an estimate around 7:00 pm. To my surprise they returned my request promptly to schedule. Great customer service when bidding the job. Upon us scheduling service the wait was less than 1 week and they worked with us on time to start a little earlier in the morning. Workmanship was outstanding. Whole house carpet cleaning (4 bed & living room) took about 1.5 hours setup to break down. Leaving our house smelling fresh with clean dry carpet. Very nice hard working family. I will always recommend the great family businesses.
