Services
Gary is a native of Fayetteville, NC. He attended Fayetteville Technical Community College as well as Fayetteville State University. Gary has spent the majority of his life working in the construction industry. Paint and wallpaper installation was Gary's area of concentration early in his career. As he gained more experience and knowledge, he knew he wanted to establish his own construction company.
Building homes that will stand the test of time is something Gary Robinson Homes has focused on since our first build over 12 years ago in 2007. We contract with local vendors that provide and perform the best products and quality work in the business. All our homes go through a thorough 100+ point inspections in addition to the standard industry inspections required during new home construction.
Many are still in the selection phase of the build which would allow you to customize specific features of the home. Gary Robinson Homes is prepared to work with you step-by-step to build the custom home of your dreams. Multiple issues with the home.Lots of Corners cut!
Nails were left exposed on the roof.
Shower head rusted out after 6 months.
Siding under deck fell off because it was not secured properly.
Broken pieces of plywood used in the Attic.
Insulation in crawl space not secured properly and was falling off.
Shower was poorly designed so water would splash on paint resulting in mold and peeling paint.
Home was built without a pressure-reducing valve resulting in multiple plumbing issues.
Employee of GRH lied about property boundaries, Gary Robinson himself stood in my yard and said he would get
