I purchased a Westan Home in January 2019. My 2-10 warranty expired in January 2020. In September 2020 my ceiling started leaking in my sunroom. I contacted Westan and they sent roofers out as a courtesy. It was determined that the leak was a result of the workers nailing a safety board in the roof in order to install the siding on the Doormer. The roofers repaired the roof directly under the Doormer, but not on each side. In November the leak came through in the bedroom and the breakfast room. I had to pay $700 to have the ceiling fixed. I submitted a request to 2-10 warranty who in turn forwarded

I have not bought a home from this company, but the principals to this new firm are well known in the community. I have visited several of their homes in varying states of construction and have noted how well they are constructed. The homes offer more detail and customization than you would ever expect for the price.
