Owned and operated by Dan and Kristy Batkiewicz. Palmer Builders combines all the services of a general contractor with the expertise of an experienced craftsman. Gerry Palmer and Kathy Snyder started Palmer Builders, but unexpectedly Gerry passed away. Dan and Gerry worked side by side for many years, which led to Dan and Kristy taking over the business from Kathy.
His career has covered all phases of the residential and commercial construction industry including significant experience with finish work and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. With Dan's tremendous skills and experience in custom carpentry, he is able to offer a unique approach to remodeling and building.
Kristy accents Dan's talents by managing their busy schedule in order to meet deadlines and contacting potential clients promptly. Together, Dan and Kristy form a professional, reliable and efficient team that provides full-service attention to their clients from initial planning to finishing the last details of a project.

Wonderful people to work with! Excellent craftsmanship, gorgeous results. They are a family business; they were flexible and adapted to our needs/requests, and came in under budget. We had them remodel our kitchen (down to the bare walls and subfloor), and we will definitely use them for our next project as well.
