Martin and team at MK FIX IT were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. We received a few quotes for our new roof and ultimately went with them. Martin was very easy to communicate with throughout the process and answered all our questions in a timely and thorough manner. From start to finish they won't disappoint! I had contacted at least 8 companies requesting a quote for our siding to be done. Some didn't even respond and others were overpriced. MK fix it / MK Exteriors definitely had competitive pricing but more importantly Martin had an honest approach. He was upfront about all costs and setting expectations while also educating you about the work at the same time. Martin repaired a good amount of shingles on the back side of our roof that had been damaged/knocked off by tree branches. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, provided us with fair pricing, and didn’t try to pressure/upsell us (like so many other companies do). Added bonus - he managed to clean out most of our gutters while he was up there which was greatly appreciated!! Would definitely recommend and contact for future work.

Martin responded quickly and was very helpful in getting the siding I needed to repair the siding on the back of my house. He cleaned up the area, and left it better than how he found it! Price was very fair and work was beautiful! Highly recommend!!

I had 3 areas that I needed to have fixed to guarantee safety in my home. Martin repaired backyard wood steps and strengthened a handrail in my garage. He also placed a grab bar outside of my shower for safety. His professional demeanor along with his knowledge and efficiency was exceptional. I have had other contractors over the years and although some were very good, no one matched Martin’s care of providing the service. I know Martin provides much bigger services to his customers, I will always be very grateful for his work.

We hired MK Fix It to put up vinyl siding and gutters and they did an amazing job. We are very pleased with their work and we love the new look of our house, as we had cedar siding. Martin was very professional, meticulous and thorough and his crew was very experienced. They put in two full days (Friday and Saturday) to complete the job. Martin has done multiple jobs for us including remodeling our half bathroom last year and most recently cleaning our gutters. He is always great with communication, lets me know when he's on his way and always does quality work.

After reading nothing but 5 star reviews on this "company", I scheduled an appointment via website and SPELLED out EVERYTHING that was needed for an estimate on master bathroom damage that was caused by a water leak. Martin Fiala contacted me via email to set-up an appointment. After playing "ping-pong" email, for which should of been a RED FLAG, an appointment was scheduled.
