Rugh’s did an incredible job working with myself and our insurance company to identify storm damage for a new roof. The process was a light stressful one, but they were very accommodating. The sales rep, Elliot Kimball, was responsive and professional. Once the materials arrived from the supplier, Rugh’s was quick to work with us on a schedule and complete the job in a timely manner. The installation team was profession and they came back the next morning for cleanup. We were happy with the experience.

This company is the best. They came and assessed the storm damage. Our roof was all messed up and the house siding had holes all over. They handled all the claims with our insurance. They gave us many roof options and siding options. They were respectful, listened to our concerns. They replaced our roof in one day only. It looks amazing. They picked up all the trash even brought a magnet to remove all nails. They came back another time to do our siding, they even upgraded us just to give us the color we wanted. The whole house was done in 2 days. They cleaned up everything, including returning

I had roof installation done on my house, they did not do this correctly nor were they on time as well as they were not responsive. they were also not professional, but here’s the catch my roof fell on my head a day after installation. If I could rate this a 0 star out off a 5 star I definitely would. This place is awful, do not waste your money.

Ethan and his team at Rugh's are absolutely incredible. We reached out to them after we had noticed some storm damaged on our siding. After doing a site evaluation he noticed even more damage that we weren't aware of. From that moment on he helped guide us through the process of understanding our options as well as what are rights were. He and his team made multiple trips back to my home to help make the insurance claim, do a site walk with the Adjuster, and to help my wife and I choose the best product for our home.

After a storm ended up dropping a part of a tree on my roof which caused significant damage to my roof, I called Rugh’s Remodeling and Restoration to come out and help me tarp, determine the damage, and repair my roof! They were amazing! They helped me get my roof repair quickly and I am 100% satisfied!

I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told

My entire experience with Rugh's Remodeling and Restoration was wonderful! From start to finish it was seamless and stress-free.
I worked mainly with Eddie Rugh and Rhonda, but everyone involved was helpful, kind, and patient. I have a very busy schedule and all worked endlessly to be most accommodating. As far as 'roofing day' - this company has it together! They were on-site exactly when promised with machinery to take the shingles to the roof (i thought this was really cool :)). There was a quality control representative and the gentleman completing the roofing were professional and pleasant

Our roof supposedly had wind damage from a storm last year. They replaced it and it looks great! Poor customer service and poor communication skills. Don't count on them if they say they will do something, you'll have to buy the heck out of them. Poor customer service and poor communication skills. Other than that, not too bad.

Rughs was amazing! From start to finish, the process of getting a new roof was a breeze! Eric did our estimate, and was fabulous in helping us pick a new shingle color, even providing homes for us to look at to see the colors before we picked! Rughs arrived right on time to start the install, and it look less than 11 hours! I would recommend Rughs to

Best roofing company in town. We had our roof inspected by Rugh's and they found wind and hail damage. They worked with our insurance company and everything was paid for. They installed the roof in one day and it looks beautiful. I have recommended Rughs Remodeling to my neighbors and they have completed another 10 roofs in our neighborhood. Great company!!!

Hired to fix fascia. They said there was enough roof damage from wind to file a claim with insurance. Insurance company hired third party who said there wasn't enough wind damage and that most of the damage was mechanical. Most likely from the roofer tearing shingles to make it look worse. Had to file police report. Also, after they found out the roof wasn't covered, didn't want to fix fascia as wasn't enough money involved.
