Services
In 1994, we started a residential cleaning service under the name Millennium Maid Service. A few years after 9/11, we pursued other opportunities that included helping many family members, friends, and other business owners start and grow their cleaning businesses. In 2008, we returned to the cleaning service industry under the name World Maid Clean.
Besides being prompt for the appointment, Ana and Rosario worked extremely well together, did a super job in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very nice ladies and easy to work with. The company on a whole are very caring and listen carefully to what your needs, wants an expectations are and follow through.
I had my home cleaned by World Maid Clean on 7/12/16. I was extremely pleased with the work that Ms. Nery C. provided. She did an excellent job. Nery should be the next, Queen of Clean for the month! She was prompt, courteous and worked very hard. I will definitely use World Maid Clean, again, and I will request Nery! Thank you for a job well done!

We have been using this company for a few years now and we love it! It’s very reasonably priced unlike many other cleaning companies. Carolina cleaned our house this week and she was amazing. Very thorough and consistent with her cleaning. She moves everything when dusting and very detail oriented. We are very happy and will definitely be using Carolina on a regular basis!

We asked to have the same cleaner and someone that speaks our same language and they agreed to do that-but it was someone different almost every month and we had cleaners that we could not communicate with as well. We were told they would only dust our baseboards or our ceiling fan-not both unless we paid them more. They never cleaned under beds, couch, chairs, end tables, nightstands, sideboard , etc. They also only clean as far as they can reach while standing on the floor so everything stops around the handle of our cabinets. I feel like I did more cleaning after they left than they did while

There are so many things on the list that I would like to share but some major ones are:
She forgot to clean the toilet after spraying it with solution. The seat was up and the spray was there but she never wiped the bowl.
She did not clean the kitchen sink until I asked
She did not clean the stove just wiped around. This is the second time it happened. I had to lift the lids and spray clean myself.
This is something that I noticed for the second time in a row that not until you lift the decorations yourself they will never go under the vase or books would just clean around. She did not bother

I hired your agency in January. The gals did a fantastic job cleaning. However, they were nearly 2 hours late after the time that was promised. We wanted to give your company another shot and today was an incredible disappointment due to:
1. The estimated arrival time that was given was between noon and 1pm; but your employees did not show up as promised and there was no courtesy call made to inform us of their tardiness.
2. I took the initiative to seek to understand what was going on. Spoke to you over the phone and you stated, " if they are not already there, they will be there

I used a World Maid Clean service three times, 2 deep cleanings and one move out. Every time it was a great experience. The techs were very thorough, and time efficient through each session. Additionally, the service is a good value for those persons who are trying to adhere to a budget. Finally, the owners were very polite, informative, and always available when I called with questions.

We had our first visit from World Maid Clean today so this review is based on one visit, deep cleaning and dealing with a new company. The things I was a bit confused about: I expected the deep cleaning which isn't the same as a regular clean and costs a bit more to include cleaning out the oven and inside the fridge. It doesn't. I would have paid 40-50 more for the deep clean if they had been included. This doesn't bother me just don't expect it unless you discuss it with DeeDee in advance. I also expected a team of 2, so was nervous that Rosario was going to be here all day

We have only our 1st cleaning to go by, which will be updated. The lady who came to clean was nice and worked hard. She did a good job but did not spend enough time to do a great one. By company policy, this 1st time cost more for a special cleaning, which was not really special. We will see how thughey do as we go. Check back after October 15th. UPDATE!
We have now had six visits, each by the same sweet lady. Her sevice has been GREAT! Not only has her cleaning been excellent, her attitude is wonderful. The company sends the same person which is a real plus in this case as she couldn't be better

I LOVE World Maid Clean. The owners, Jonathan and DeeDee are a pleasure to work with. I love that they bring their own cleaning supplies and I never have to worry about keeping mine stocked for them. I also really appreciate the open communication, after ever cleaning they send an email asking me how they did so if there are any issues they can be addressed right away. I have never had an issue but I love that they have something in place for me to give feedback! I have been a client since 2014 and have to reschedule last minute a few time and they have always been grace filled and accommodating
