We purchased our home from Noyes and couldn't be happier. The quality, technology used, attention to detail and just the whole experience have been excellent. Our previous home was also a new construction but our new home from Noyes is just beyond comparison. Great people and excellent service and professionalism. We are very happy that we made the upgrade to choose Noyes for our new home and will definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new construction home.

Just an incredible experience working with Christina, Ethan and Justin at Noyes. They understood my needs and worked with me from the very beginning being responsive and accommodating throughout my new custom home journey. There are a lot of builders out there…i did my homework….but Noyes stands for great quality, service (pre AND post sale - this is important) and modern design while making it feel like a home. I don’t plan to move for a long time, but know exactly who to call and where to go next time. You wont be disappointed!!

Noyes is an amazing builder that has gone above and beyond to make our home buying experience something special. Attention to detail, follow-through, thoughtfulness - just great people.
Follow-up - three months later. House is still amazing. The follow through on warranty issues leaves something to be desired. They need to shift some more focus to after they make the sale.

Quality workmanship and customer service are the highlights of our experience with Noyes. We bought the house when it was 75% completed. Due to the timing, we could only pick a few customizations. But folks at Noyes were super helpful in accommodating our needs and we know they did everything they could to make us happy.
Even our independent home inspector was amazed at Noyes’ workmanship and said that the materials they’d used were far superior than the required standards.
