Thank You Todd! I was in a bind with the city due to a room expansion that was done several years ago and did not have the correct permit on file. This was something many other people I contacted declined to assist due to the hassle of working with the city. Excellent work by Todd of Alltech. I chose Todd because he was very knowledgeable and offered me the best solution for my shower leak. He is a contractor who has been certified in California. He explained to me why the shower was leaking and why his shower pan was the best method. His helper was very careful and detailed. Couldn't tell that it was a bathroom repair. See the pictures below. I did do my part in choosing a tile that was darker but still matched the lighter tiles. Alltech comes highly recommended by me. We have used Alltech Construction several times to hang large pictures and to install fans and light fixtures. This past summer we had a electrical fire on a outlet in our sons room. We called Todd after 9 PM. Todd immediately called us and told us what we needed to do with our breakers to keep our house safe for the night. His staff was at our home at 9 AM to complete the repairs. Todd is honest, on time and does great work at fair price. We highly recommend Todd and Alltech Construction.

I've used Todd for several projects on my home. He is responsive, and on one occasion he didn't charge me anything because it was just a question of resetting a switch on a garbage disposal - house is rented so I wasn't there to manage it myself. I liked that he didn't just charge me his call-out fee. Been using him ever since! Would recommend him, no problem.

I have had Todd and crew do 2 projects at my house. I have been very pleased with the results. The first, I had chair rail removed from a room, re-plastered and painted to remove numerous colors of heavy paint. The second, his crew replaced both of the gates to my back yard. On both projects, Todd gave me several options and did not push me to choose one over the other(s). The quality was exceptional and Todd stands behind his work. I will definitely be giving him a call to finish out my to-do list.
