My wife insisted we work with Sam's Flooring for our whole house flooring project "to support the local business". I am getting to the point where I feel "supporting the local guy" a one was transaction (no reciprocation). The install was took a little longer then expected but we delt with that as it happened.

My wife and I hired Sam's Floor & Remodelling to tile our master bathroom remodel.
Sam provided a very fair and competitive price quote and was always accessible if I had questions.
The tile work began on schedule and we were very impressed with Javier, the lead tile setter's craftsmanship. He ensured that all of the tiles planed out level and that the grout joints on the rectified tile were spaced evenly. The crew was very good about cleaning up the jobsite every day which was very much appreciated.
The master shower turned out beautifully !
Ultimately, Sam honored his contract and ensured

We had some wood floors installed in our home and had a great experience with Sam's Floors. Sam was very helpful, easy to get in touch with, and showed us a lot of great samples from the large selection in the showroom. The crew that worked on our house showed up on time and were efficient and did a great job with the installation as well as clean up. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

UNPROFESSIONAL from start to finish. I would pay a little more and look elsewhere. Possibly dishonest practice at play here.
Background: I've been dealing with fleas so I wanted to switch my carpeted rooms to vinyl.
1. I've contacted 4 contractors around the area and this was the cheapest. Turns out it's because my quote had only half of the materials priced even though I specifically said all carpet must go and Sam had measured all carpet rooms by then. Getting numbers wrong between 400sqft and 700sqft is a HUGE mistake and it changed the quote price drastically. My quote went from $3100 to

I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I wish we would have found this place earlier in our home remodel process. It would have saved us a lot of time and money! They have such an extensive selection and really great prices.
