Glenn was incredible professional when it came time for our bathroom remodel/update. He made time to show us the best options for our large family of five. As well as the most water efficient taking our well into account. He gave us a great array of choices when it came time for tile and grout and helped us pick the right choice for our daily demands. We are in love with our bathroom and especially like the LED waterfall style shower head with side wall jets. Its our own little escape after a long hard day in the Texas heat. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. A+++++++ Rated

Great overall experience and final product! The company was very professional and knowledgeable. After having not so great experiences with other contractors in the past, it was such a relief to find someone trustworthy (communicative, stuck to timeline etc.). They helped us feel confident from start to finish which made the project stress-free. Also our bathroom looks amazing. Very happy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bathroom remodeling.

They failed to square the shower chamber, causing two sets of doors to shatter immediately upon installation. The top of the opening was almost one inch wider than the bottom! Then they refused to refund the $930 they charged me for it. They also failed to install the double-wide niche as specified in my contract. I had to go to Binswanger to get a set of doors that would work in the lopsided chamber. It took five months to finish the project.

Chad and his crew remodeled both my bathrooms. From the first meeting with Anne Fuller who interfaces with the customer from beginning to end, I knew this was the company I would use and learn to trust. Having my own business, I wasn't able to be at home during most of the remodeling but came to feel completely comfortable with leaving a temporary code in order for the guys to just let themselves into my house and work throughout the day.

Texas shower company neglected to spec my project correctly, then abruptly abandoned the aforementioned line item, instead of making it right, without giving any cogent reason, let alone an apology, instead trying to blame me. This is after I already hired them for a 15k project, months earlier. I hope they treat new customers better than they treat old customers. very disappointed.
