Our team is trained to work with mobile home systems, as well. I had a 4 ton unit A/C system with gas furnace installed in my house that was built in 1920.

This house had nothing but window units. Duct work and returns were installed and properly sized for maximum flow, heater and fan motor were installed in attic and unit was installed outside in a concrete slab and leveled. Even though I don't have the best installation in attic and my windows are not energy efficient, my new system keeps my home chilled at an even 69-70 even in this heat.

When I had a question and needed help trouble shooting a thermostat issue I spoke to the owner and he instructed me and I was able to solve the problem. Turns out a squirrel was the culprit and a small wire was cut open. Other than that I've had nothing but cool summers and warm winters for several years now.

Marvin and Edwin Pena replaced my entire HVAC system and water heater all in one day in the Texas summer heat! The owners there are so great. Our air conditioner went out due to the fan motor quitting. They had the part and we were able to have cool air again. PS this air conditioner is 30 years old.

MGP Mechanical services by Marvin and Edwin Pe~na....after having 3 prior A/C company technicians, Marvin is the only company to actually correctly diagnose the problems we were having. Others were quiting days and weeks before coming out only to arrive and accomplish nothing. Marvin had diagnosis, prognosis, parts ordered and A)C fixed and running in less than 24 hours from start to finish. He is conscientious, and professional, and really know what he is doing. They are that good. Came out said we're needed recharged. Not even a week later we're back out and now they're saying it's the coil as soon as they walked in the house. Called someone else out did another recharge and 2 weeks later no problems.

Marvin and Edwin replaced the indoor/outdoor AC units and all of the duct work at my condo. They're both super friendly and I really appreciate their knowledge, flexibility and excellent communication. They got the new units and a new return installed/connected to the existing duct work in one day and kept me well informed of their progress.
