Most homeowners invest in heating systems to keep their households warm during winter but fail to accord proper maintenance to these systems. Heating systems require appropriate care as well as maintenance for optimal function. A furnace that's functioning correctly will keep your residence warm and cozy for many years.
We have two older units, the upstairs was not cooling well. Wesley came out as scheduled and inspected both units in the attic as well as outside. He added 2 lbs of refrigerant to the upstairs unit and allowed the system to run for a while to verify it was working properly. He also recommended changing our air filters more frequently than we were doing to insure proper air flow.

Mark repaired one of our AC compressors - when THREE other AC companies had given us the hard-sell to purchase a new unit. Replacement unit offers ran from $4K to $7K and higher - but Mark made the repair for a teensy fraction of the cost of a new unit. It's still running great several months later.
Mark is clearly an honest broker and cares about his work and his customers. Two thumbs way up.

Mark & Wesley have been taking care of all of our AC & heating needs since our house was built. They have continued to provide outstanding professional service throughout all the years. We called these nice people this morning to take a look at our heater that quit working. They quoted us a time to come between 3-4pm but called earlier and came right over :). Mark and his son Wesley were quick to identify and fix the problem and for a reasonable amount. Fast, Friendly, Honest, Prompt and Reasonable earns them an A+ from us!!! Will not hesitate to use them again.

Mark and Wesley at Texas Air Conditioning & Heating went out of their way to help me quickly when the heat went out in my home, and fixed the existing system, saving me thousands. This was after I reached out to one of the big name companies who advertise $129 will make your heat work better who refused to do anything because I needed a $17000 new system in my 1600 sq ft house. All it really needed was a good cleaning and someone who could do the maintenance my neglected system needed. This company is beyond superior. Mark and his son are very professional and today they installed both the a/c and heat and did not leave a speck of dust behind. We've been so pleased with Mark and his son. They are professional and thorough and gave our newly purchased home a very good inspection. They are very careful inside of the house to not make a mess (they bring their own shoe booties!) and answer all of my one million questions. I was especially impressed that, even though they had only been to our house once, on their second trip they completely remembered where every unit and attic access point was!
