We love Prime AC. We called them out when our air conditioner died in 2018 and they have won our business for as long as they're in business. They are trustworthy and respectful of your time. We felt like we had a lot of options in what unit we went with and we didn't feel pressured in to any particular one. We went with the one that would keep us the most comfortable and it has! Any time we've called them out it's less than 24 hours from call to arrival at our house.

We can't say enough good things about Prime AC. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to HVAC services. In August of 2018, our 20 year old Trane unit died. We sort of blindly looked around for another Trane dealer and we found Prime and boy are we glad. On the first visit, Jorge went above and beyond to diagnose a problem that involved crawling under our house and finding an electrical short that had caused our unit to fail. He spent about an hour with us going over our options for new units and we never felt pressured into a higher priced package. Because they couldn't install same

George was the techs name and he was great. Had the problem fixed quickly. I guess the only thing I would question is the cost. George replaced the fan control board and the total cost was $675 which seemed high. I’m guessing the board was around $200 which means the labor was $475. If I could see a breakdown of the charges I might feel differently. Overall I was very pleased with Prime AC. George was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous during the entire visit.

Great small business. Jorge has always been punctual and fast. They installed my AC next day. And both of my units needed servicing within a year. Both times, he came out within a couple hours of calling. Really glad to have cold air! Thanks guys!

I just recently had our furnace replaced with Prime AC & Heat. Our expierence with them, highly recommendable. Jorge came and checked the unit & suggested replacement it being an old unit.
