BPP installed a bigger hot water heater for us and added a mixing valve to our emergency shower (we work in a chemistry lab). They were also nice enough to come back to help make adjustments so we could ensure we had the right temperature. Recently, they were also able to provide some good information as to flow rates for the same shower. Always very professional and gives honest opinions of the situations we've worked with them on!

Multiple leaks with significant damage resulting from work done on a new home built less than 5 years ago. Never their issue, problem always points to the materials from the manufacturer that they selected. Lesson learned is to seek higher quality workmanship and a company that will stand by their customers, particularly when things go bad.
