I initially used this company when it was ran by Bill. I really liked him; he was professional, kind and honest. Can't ask for much more when dealing with a business! He was able to stretch 2 bedroom carpets perfectly that are considered hard carpet to stretch. He didn't have to cut any carpet either! A couple years went by and we were finally ready to stretch our remaining bedroom and also clean the carpets in all 3 rooms. I found out the company is now being ran by Dominic and Bill has stepped away to pursue another career. I still scheduled with Dominic and everything went according

Doctor Steamer, LLC, located in the Stetson Hills area of Happy Valley Road, did a great job stretching my carpets. Because that is labor intensive job, Bill was nice enough to give me a free estimate. It was a very reasonable quote and I was even happier with the work. The carpets look great and they cleaned up all the lose pieces. They were careful with the doors so my cat wouldn’t run out either. You couldn’t ask for nicer people. I would heartily recommend Doctor Steamer.

Doctor Steamer is THE BEST!!! Not only did he perform A MIRACLE on the older carpet in a rental unit, he also provided a written professional assessment of the overall condition of the carpet. Giving this to property management now will help prevent them from trying to charge future carpet repairs/replacement to me later. I would give more stars if I could. Bill Mayer is incredibly friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. The service provided by him and his boys was TOP NOTCH!! We had them do carpet stretching and cleaning in our new home before we move in, and WOW!!! You would think the carpet was BRAND NEW and freshly installed!! Absolutely Amazing!! My business, AZ Air Time, had a carpet cleaner come out a couple months ago that literally just sprayed chemicals on our carpet. They did such a bad job we called them and had them come clean the carpets again and again, had the same outcome.

They came in on a Monday when we were closed and spent about 8 hours cleaning all the carpets and stairs in our building and now they look brand new! Working with Doctor Steamer is the BEST carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! I had guests flying in from Chicago and needed to leave for the airport in just a few hours. However, my dog got sick and had diarrhea on the couch and carpet making a horrible smell in the house! I was frantically trying to clean up the mess when I called Dr. Steamer and was amazed to find out that they could be there in less than 2 hours! Doctor Steamer was AMAZING!!! I have 3 big dogs and I thought that the dog smell would never come out of the carpet. For once, our house actually smells nice and clean and my carpets look incredible. They even removed a spot in the carpet that had been there for YEARS, I've tried to steam clean that spot several times but it always came back. Doctor Steamer got the spot out and it didn't come back! I highly recommend them!!

Our experience was wonderful! We are a non-profit and Bill was great. He came to our home on time, was very polite and respectful and informative, and seemed excited to help us out with clean carpets. Our carpets were really dirty because we haven't been able to afford cleaning them in a while (in fact, the last carpet cleaning service we had was several years ago and told us that there was no way he could get them clean), but Bill assured us that it would be fine and he was right! They look great, he was efficient and really nice...very satisfied with this service.

Absolutely the best! My wife and I recently purchased a home. Bill came in to give us a quote and found faulty grout in some of our tile flooring. Thanks to Bill we were able to negotiate the repair with the owners and not have to worry about covering that cost. We were also figuring we would be replacing the flooring within the next year because of it's appearance. After Bill cleaned the floor, it seriously looked brand new. We couldn't believe it. Bill and his crew do fabulous work! As a Realtor I've experienced his work with two different clients and his knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. Both homes needed extra attention. He also handled some repair work. The carpeting looked like new on both homes. My clients and I were truly impressed!
